How to take Iodine
You can consume it orally. Mix 2 drops into a cup of water and then drink. This can be done anytime in the day, however best to fit it into a habit that you do daily like in the morning while you make your first cup of tea or coffee. .
You can also place it on the skin for it to be absorbed. This will give you a visual clue as to how much your body needs. Place it under the left breast each night. This is the best location as there is a direct vein up to the Thyroid. If you have a brown stain in the morning your body has enough iodine. However if there is no trace of iodine on the skin then your body has absorbed it as it needs it. ( please make sure you move the location of the iodine each night as it could burn the skin if you put it in the same place.)
